Our experienced team of volunteers have offered their wide range of skills and expertise in service to the UK's prison communities. Community offerings which are taking place currently in UK prisons includes: counselling, mentorship, pen palls, free yoga and meditation classes. Our dedicated volunteers are committed to working with the residents of UK prisons to support those who need it most in their daily struggles with mental health problems including depression, anxiety, addictions and self harm.
